On Wednesday, May 19, I was invited to Siri's preschool class during Cultural Week to talk about my Norwegian heritage and the country of Norway!

I made and brought Rommegrot for the class to try.

The two Scandinavian girls in the class were definitely the most interested in checking out more about Norway.
