We went over to Grandma and Papa's to go out for breakfast.
I think they either forgot we were coming or overslept their alarm.

What a way to wake up to 2010!

Jase and Grandma

After breakfast, we all went back to their house for a bit before heading out to
see a movie all together as a family. We saw The Frog Princess. It
was so much fun! After the movie, we came back to our house for dinner.

The kids had a few more packages arrive, so we had yet another round of opening
Christmas presents.

Round #1 - presents from Auntie Jen and Uncle Jon
(Jase's Godparents)

Siri got "The Prince of Egypt"

Jase got "Joseph, King of Dreams"

Kira got "The Miracle Worker" about the life of Christ.

Round #2 - Books from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Laura

Siri got the God and Me Bible

Kira also got a great book about talking to God about how she feels.

Jase got a phenomenal book with ABC bible verses.

Round #3 - Kira got a Christmas tree decoration and Peef book from her Godmommy
Kristina and Goddaddy Darren. Kira LOVES the Peef books and immediately
asked if there were any more in the series.
Siri got a Little Girl's devotional from her Goddaddy Kevin and Aunt Laura.

Jase got a MN Vikings football from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Laura!

Round #4 - Kira got a Backyardigans video from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Laura.

She was jumping up and down for joy!
I think she REALLY liked it!

Round #5 - WOW! What's in that BIG box Jase?

How do I attempt to open it?

Pick a spot and rip!

Here it is!

A big box of gears! WAHOO!!! He was SO excited!

And we saved what we knew was going to be the BIGGEST reaction for last...Siri
got the twin baby dolls she so desperately wanted from Aunt Laura and Uncle
Kevin.

She hugged the box until we suggested that we open it and she hug the babies
instead.

"Mommy Siri" with her new children: Alex and Sarah

Sitting down to dinner.
It's become tradition to do a London Broil with Lobster Bisque
and a Crab and Corn Chowder.

Jase was fascinated by his new gears!

Thank you so much to all of you! Your generosity is overwhelming!
