Last Day of School for Kira - and all of us!

Well, we had a LONG but wonderful last day.  Kira did four days worth of lessons in one hard but awesome day.  We were both determined and motivated to finish before vacation and leave no lesson unlearned!

End of the year gifts - books of course!

Siri got a whole 7 book set of Rainbow Fairy books.

Kira got the first 12 Magic Tree House books.

Jase got his first "blends book"...

...and another "Will, God's Mighty Warrior" book.

Kira is so very much like her mother.  It bothered her that she had the first 12 books, but book #6 was missing.  Her "ducks weren't in a row."
I bought these at a used curriculum sale and am happy to say that I found #6 and several others at a sale last Saturday, so her set is back in order.  She was a VERY happy camper!

This is how our day ended at 4:30.
Jase crashed and took a nice nap, the girls both settled down with their books, and Mommy had a hot cup of tea and listened to Classical music. 

Kira had four of her books done by the end of the day.  UFF DA!
