Also Reformation Sunday! The kids just finished learning about Martin
Luther, the 95 Theses, and the Counter Reformation in the Catholic Church.
How cool was it that just two weeks later, they got the whole lesson reinforced
and could celebrate the 493rd anniversary of the day Martin Luther posted the
Theses at church! Awesome!

Our kids

That evening, Ayaka cooked Japanese for us again!

We all LOVED it!

Ready to go trick-or-treating!

Kira as Kaya, a Native American of the Nez Pearce nation.

Siri as Laura Ingalls - or a Pioneer Lady depending on what she chose to tell
people at that particular moment.

Jase as a cowboy. We offered him a few different names, but he just wanted
to be referred to as "Howdy Partner!"

Ayaka wearing my Snow White costume.
She looks better in it than I do! :)

The kids ready to go!

The first house...trick-or-treat!

Walking along...

Kira loved most of the decorations.

Lots of people were sitting outside enjoying the gorgeous weather!

WOW! Look at that loot!

They each got a few pieces and then could "purchase" Toy Story 3 on DVD from us
in exchange. It is a great tradition.
