Disney Dream Day 2

Good morning mates! The kids were up early - ready to rise and shine and have some fun!

When Jason went out for an early morning cup of coffee, there was a surprise waiting for Siri on our door! The night before, she had printed off several fairies she created and named in Pixie Hollow at the Kid's Club. Well, we couldn't find them when we came to pick her up. It was no big deal...we told her she could make more the next day...etc. She was devastated and we tried our best to distract her, but she was still sad. Well, lo and behold, "Tinkerbell" came by during the night.
She said she found Siri's fairies and left them in a really cool Disney Cruise Line Backpack!
Yes, once again, Disney blew our minds and went above and beyond to create a magical memory!

The kids with Clayton - the Cruise Director. Having been a huge fan of Love Boat, I still think of Julie and like the Cruise Director the best. :) HA HA! Anyway, he is a GREAT guy and comes from Minneapolis! We had the chance to tell him about Siri's magical moment that morning and wanted to make sure our friends at the Kid's Club were properly thanked. I will never be able to watch "The Carlton Dance" from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" again without thinking of Clayton! :)

We ran into Uncle Darrell and Aunt Amanda at breakfast in Cabanas.
They came down and caught us lining up for the Princess Meet and Greet.

OK - before I talk about our wonderful morning, I have to put the following disclaimer:
You can most certainly come on the Disney Dream as an adult and have your own space without having to feel "overrun" by Disney or the characters. However, if you want to partake in the Disney experience and see the characters, you most certainly can! The other adults in our group had a completely different experience than we did. They enjoyed their activities and we enjoyed ours.

At 9:00 that morning, we went to the atrium for the Disney Princess Meet and Greet!
This was a highlight for both the girls...and let's face it...Mommy too! I turned into one big 6 year old girl when I was around them. And let me assure you...these women were just as beautiful on the inside as they were on the outside. We got the opportunity to get to know a couple fairly well during our voyage and their kindness and genuine care and concern often drove me to tears!
